The basics
What is PulseTrader Pro?
It is software you run on your own computer that trades a rules-based crypto trend strategy on your own exchange account. It is not a fund, a signals group, or a managed service. You stay in control of your funds and keys.
Do I need to know how to trade?
No. The strategy decides when to buy and sell using fixed rules. You do need to be comfortable installing an app and creating an API key, and to understand that crypto is risky.
What does it actually trade?
Spot positions in a short list of major coins. It buys coins that are trending up and holds cash when nothing is trending. It never uses leverage, borrowing or short selling.
Safety and money
Can it lose money?
Yes. Crypto is volatile and a trend strategy takes losing trades. There can be losing stretches. Only use funds you can afford to lose. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
Is my money safe from you?
Your funds stay on your own exchange account. The API key you create has withdrawals disabled, so it can trade but cannot move your money off the exchange. We never take custody and never see your keys.
What if the app or my computer crashes?
The software only acts while it is running. If it stops, trading and stop management pause until it is back. Existing coins simply stay in your account. Nothing is withdrawn or lost, but stops are not managed while it is off.
Running it
Do I need to leave my computer on?
To keep trading around the clock, yes, the machine running it needs to stay on and connected. Many people use a spare computer or a small always-on device for this.
Which exchanges does it support?
It currently supports Bybit and OKX, with more planned. You connect with a trade-only API key you create on that exchange.
Can I try it without connecting my exchange?
Yes. Practice mode runs the full strategy on live prices with simulated money and needs no keys and no card. It is the best way to see how it behaves before going live.
Billing
How much does it cost?
Practice mode is free. Live plans are $12, $29 or $59 per month (AUD, including GST) for 3, 6 or all whitelisted coins (currently 14). See Pricing for details.
Do you take a share of profits?
No. It is a flat monthly subscription and you keep everything your account makes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel inside the app at any time and you will not be billed again.
