Performance

Real results, shown honestly.

We show one real account, state how the figures are measured, and include the drawdowns. We do not cherry-pick, annualise a good week, or hide the losing stretches. This is a record, not a forecast.

How we measure this.

Read this before the numbers. It is what the figures do and do not mean.

One real account

The figures come from a single live account (PTP100), not a model, a backtest, or a composite. Deposits and withdrawals are removed so the return is not flattered by adding funds.

Time-weighted, realised only

Daily profit is measured against the capital actually at risk that day. Only closed trades count, open positions are excluded, so an unrealised gain is never shown as profit.

Exchange and window stated

Bybit, from 1 September 2026. The opening days also include a different strategy (Funding First, until 7 September), so this is a record of one account, not one continuous strategy.

What this record is

These figures are from a real Bybit account that runs this strategy on perpetual futures (long-only, no leverage), not the spot app itself. The opening days, up to 7 September, also include an earlier funding-arbitrage strategy. A spot-only series from OKX will replace this once it has enough history. We would rather show a real, plainly labelled record than a tidier number that is not the whole story.

Cumulative return.

Time-weighted return since 1 September 2026, updated from the live account.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. A few weeks of different results would move these figures substantially.

Drawdowns.

The losing stretches matter as much as the gains. The largest peak-to-trough fall in the window shown was about 1.15%, but that is a function of the window, not evidence of low risk. A longer window that included the earlier period would show deeper drawdowns.

Zero is the previous high-water mark; each dip shows how far below it the account fell. A short, recent window understates drawdown risk, the maximum here is bounded by the window, not by the strategy.

Limitations to keep in mind.

  • Practice-mode results are simulated fills and will differ from live trading.
  • Live results depend on your exchange fees, spreads and the slippage you actually get.
  • The software only acts while it is running. If your computer is off, it does not trade or manage stops.
  • Outages, exchange downtime and connectivity gaps can affect entries and exits.

Judge it for yourself, in practice.

Run it on live prices with simulated money and watch every trade before you commit a cent.
