Do you take a cut of my profits?
No. You pay a flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of what your account makes. We never take a performance fee or a share of your trades.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from inside the app at any time and you will not be billed again. Your funds are on your own exchange, so nothing is locked up with us.
Where do I pay?
Inside the app. You choose a plan there and pay through our payment provider. The website never takes your card details.
What does a "pair" mean?
A pair is a coin the software is allowed to trade live, for example BTC or ETH against your account currency. Your plan sets how many it can hold at once.
A subscription is not a return
Paying for a plan buys access to the software, not a profit. Trading crypto is volatile and you can lose money. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
